This section includes valuable information regarding Dancentral’s policies regarding Observation, Attendance and Inclement Weather.
Unlimited Observation!
At this time, our waiting room is back open! In order to help alleviate any congestion and overcrowding in the waiting room we ask that you consider observing from the comfort of your homes or vehicles via our convenient Zoom links found on your parent portal under each registered class. Please be sure to identify your device with your name and turn your sound and cameras off while observing. If this is not possible, please consider observation from our waiting area for short intervals only. This will help us to provide the safest environment for all of our DCS families.
Attendance
Attendance is essential to the development process in dance, therefore, we require any student who misses more than one class in a four week span of time to attend a makeup session which will be scheduled at the discretion of the teacher. Please note that there is an additional fee for private makeup classes. If an absence must occur, please notify the studio.
Inclement Weather
In the event of adverse weather conditions, please visit our website, watch channel 2 or 7, or call the studio for closing information. In addition, DANCENTRAL will send an email notification to all active families with a valid email address on file should the studio need to close. There will be no tuition refunds if the studio must close due to inclement weather. Make-up classes will be provided only if deemed necessary by the director.
